  • 1Wash all the vegetables. Dice the courgettes and aubergines into pieces of the same size.
  • 2Peel and finely slice the onion and the cloves of garlic. Cut the tomatoes into halves.
  • 3Pour the olive oil into the recipient and press Brown. Brown the onion, garlic and diced peppers.
  • 4Season with salt, pepper and savory. Mix and lightly cover. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the courgettes, aubergines and tomatoes and mix.
  • 5Close the pressure cooker and cook the ratatouille on Steam setting for 30 minutes. Start cooking by pressing the Start/Stop button.
  • 6After cooking, if the ratatouille seems too thin, take the lid off and leave the juice to reduce by pressing Keep warm.
  • 7Ratatouille can be eaten hot or cold.
