- 1Wash all the vegetables.
Dice the courgettes and aubergines into pieces of the same size.
- 2Peel and finely slice the onion and the cloves of garlic.
Cut the tomatoes into halves.
- 3Pour the olive oil into the recipient and press Brown.
Brown the onion, garlic and diced peppers.
- 4Season with salt, pepper and savory. Mix and lightly cover.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the courgettes, aubergines and tomatoes and mix.
- 5Close the pressure cooker and cook the ratatouille on Steam setting for 30 minutes. Start cooking by pressing the Start/Stop button.
- 6After cooking, if the ratatouille seems too thin, take the lid off and leave the juice to reduce by pressing Keep warm.
- 7Ratatouille can be eaten hot or cold.
