- 1Set multi cooker to “Confiture” for one hour.
- 2Cut pineapple in small pieces.
- 3Pour sugar into cooker bowl, add light wine, vinegar, cinnamon stick and raisins. Stir with a spatula to dissolve sugar in liquid.
- 4Place bowl in cooker and cook for 15 minutes.
- 5Then add diced pineapple and stir. Cook chutney for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow chutney to cool and pour into a pot with lid to keep.

- 1 cinnamon stick
- 50g of raisins
- 5cl dessert wine or Madeira
- 100g of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Tip : Enjoy with foie gras, chicken skewers, or hard cheese
