1In a small cup, mix the milk and the yeast, leave to rest for 5 minutes.
2In a salad bowl mix flour with salt and beaten eggs to make an omelette.
3Gradually add soft butter cut in pieces and then the cup of milk and dried fruit. Knead this dough
to form a ball.
4Place on floured board, kneading well for 10 minutes to make a brioche.
5Make a ball with the dough by gently flouring it, grease a mould, then place the brioche in the mould.
6Butter bottom of multi cooker bowl and place brioche ball in centre.
Allow dough to rise for at least 1 hour (it should double in size).
Set to "Cake" and cook 1 hour.
7Allow brioche to cool before removing from pan.
Serve brioche with homemade jam.
Keeps for 2 days wrapped in a clean cloth.
