2Pour water into multi cooker bowl, add crumbled chicken stock and saffron leaves. Stir.
3Add rice, stir and cook rice by setting machine to “rice” for 20 minutes.
4Open multi cooker, mix in rice and add prawns and chorizo. Heat for another 3 minutes. If rice still seems hard, add 5 cl of warm water and stir before cooking longer.
5Serve immediately or allow to cool and serve this rice pilaf as a salad with vinaigrette.
