Recette Darne de saumon aux tomates séchées, grenade & sauce à l'aneth

Recipe preparation

  • 1Arrange two steaks in steam basket. Cut a lime and sprinkle steaks with juice.
  • 2Cut pomegranate half and remove seeds. Cut dry tomatoes in small cubes and mix with pomegranate seeds. Distribute on salmon steaks.
  • 3Rinse then cut second lime in slices and spread slices on steaks. Add salt to fish as required. Close machine and set to “steam” for 15 minutes.
  • 4During cooking of steaks, make dill sauce by mixing chopped dill into yogurt. Serve fish steaks with this sauce once cooked.
