- 1Arrange two steaks in steam basket. Cut a lime and sprinkle steaks with juice.
- 2Cut pomegranate half and remove seeds. Cut dry tomatoes in small cubes and mix with pomegranate seeds. Distribute on salmon steaks.
- 3Rinse then cut second lime in slices and spread slices on steaks. Add salt to fish as required. Close machine and set to “steam” for 15 minutes.
- 4During cooking of steaks, make dill sauce by mixing chopped dill into yogurt. Serve fish steaks with this sauce once cooked.

- 2 limes
- 4 sprigs dill
- Flowers of salt and pink bay leaves

- 1/2 Greek yogurt
- 6 sprigs dill
