Recipe preparation
- 1Cut the fish into large cubes. Place them in a deep dish and sprinkle them with 3 tsp curry powder.
- 2Baste with the juice of one lime, mix and leave to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Strain the fish.
- 3Heat the oil in the pressure cooker on Brown and lightly brown all sides of the fish cubes.
- 4Add the almonds and sprinkle with the remaining curry powder. Chop the chilli pepper into round slices.
- 5Mix, season with salt and pepper and pour in the coconut milk and chilli pepper. Grate the zest of the second lime and add to the mix. Close the lid.
- 6Close the pressure cooker and cook on Pressure for 8 minutes.
- 7Start cooking by pressing the Start/Stop button, positioning the pressure button to Pressure. Press the lime.
- 8To serve, add the lime juice and chopped coriander. Mix. Serve the fish curry with wild rice for example.
