1Wash the leeks.
Peel all the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
2Place them in the cooking recipient. Add the cloves,
bay leaf and thyme.
3Fill the recipient up to 2/3 with water and cook.
4Break up the chicken stock and stir in.
Close the lid.
5Press Pressure and position the pressure button to pressure.
Start the cooking by pressing the Start/Stop button and cook for 8 minutes.
Remove the cloves, bay leaf and thyme.
6Stir the vegetable soup and serve with grated cheese for example.
7The vegetables may be replaced by any sort of winter vegetables.
Prepare the soup in advance and keep in the fridge in a closed container.
