  • 1Pre-hat the water :
  • 2Fill Créacook + container with lukewarm water (20°C) up to the 1.2 L mark. Select low temperature cooking option and set temperature to 60°C. Cover, press GO and prepare according to recipe.
  • 3Remove cod fillets from refrigerator. Rinse and cut peppers into small cubes. Peel and cut garlic cloves in half.
  • 4Rinse lemon and cut four nice slices. Cut lemongrass in half. Divide ingredients into two bags, seal and remove the air.
  • 5Open Créacook + and immerse the two sealed bags in hot water. Cover, set cooking time to 15-20 minutes, press GO and cook the ingredients.
  • 6As soon as cooking is over, remove the bags from Créacook + with tongs, open and serve immediately.
  • 7Tips :
  • 8Remove the ingredients from refrigerator in advance, so they are at room temperature at time of cooking.
  • 9The pieces of fish should be the same size and thickness to ensure uniform cooking.
