  • 1Pre-heat water :
  • 2Fill Créacook + container with lukewarm water (20°C) up to the 1.2L mark. Select "Cuisson basse température" option and set temperature to 70°C. Cover, press GO and prepare according to recipe.
  • 3Rinse and cut the tomatoes in half. Mince red onion and cut preserved lemon in pieces. Add pepper sparingly to the chicken fillets.
  • 4Divide chicken fillets, tomatoes, lemon, onion and butter into 2 bags. Seal and remove the air.
  • 5Open Créacook + and immerse the 2 sealed bags in hot water. Cover, set cooking time to 25 minutes, press GO and cook the ingredients (increase cooking time if your fillets are on the large side).
  • 6As soon as cooking is over, remove bags from Créacook+ with tongs, open and serve immediately.
  • 7Tip :
  • 8For a gourmet touch heat a saucepan on high heat, pour bag contents with cooking juice into the pan.
  • 9The chicken should be quickly browned on both sides until beautifully golden (about 2 minutes), then serve.
