2In a salad bowl beat the eggs to an omelette with liquid crème fraîche. Gradually pour this mixture into a second salad bowl containing flour.
Mix vigorously all ingredients into a liquid and homogenous batter.
3Add grated comté cheese and chopped chives. Stir and add salt and pepper.
4Rinse cherry tomatoes.
5Generously butter bottom and sides of 2/3 of cooker bowl. Pour clafoutis batter into bowl. Distribute uncut tomatoes in batter and close lid. Cook approximatively 45 minutes.
6Stop cooker. Open lid and allow clafoutis to cool.
7Remove from pan by carefully releasing clafoutis from sides before inverting onto a plate. Serve immediately with green salad or grilled chicken skewers for example.
Tip : make savoury clafoutis of your choice with bacon pieces/hazel nuts/feta/courgette
