  • 1Set multi cooker to “cake” for 1 hour.
  • 2In a salad bowl beat the eggs to an omelette with liquid crème fraîche. Gradually pour this mixture into a second salad bowl containing flour. Mix vigorously all ingredients into a liquid and homogenous batter.
  • 3Add grated comté cheese and chopped chives. Stir and add salt and pepper.
  • 4Rinse cherry tomatoes.
  • 5Generously butter bottom and sides of 2/3 of cooker bowl. Pour clafoutis batter into bowl. Distribute uncut tomatoes in batter and close lid. Cook approximatively 45 minutes.
  • 6Stop cooker. Open lid and allow clafoutis to cool.
  • 7Remove from pan by carefully releasing clafoutis from sides before inverting onto a plate. Serve immediately with green salad or grilled chicken skewers for example.
