Recipe preparation
- 1Peel all the vegetables. Cut them in halves according to size. Chop the herbs.
- 2Pour all the vegetables and herbs into the recipient. Mix. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3Cover with water and break up the cube of vegetable stock. Close the pressure cooker and cook on Steam for 15 minutes. Start cooking by pressing the Start/Stop button.
- 4To vary the vegetables, add a heart of lettuce, cut into halves, replace the peas with snow peas or broad beans.
