1Rinse strawberries, remove stalks and cut in half across the middle.
Pour into bowl and dust with sugar. Stir the two ingredients well with a spatula.
Close the lid and set multi cooker to “jam” for 1 hour.
2Open lid occasionally to remove bubbles forming on top.
3Boil some jam pots and pour the warm jam in.
4Close pots and place in a dry location upsidedown.
Tip : Use this recipe for all your seasonal fruit and add basil, mint, cinnamon or even vanilla.
Make the jam with ripe fruit to prevent jam being tasteless.
