  • 1Put flour, butter and salt into the bowl
  • 2Select the following setting

    Speed: 5 | Seconds: 10
  • 3Add 5cl of water
  • 4Select the following setting
  • 5Add a little more water if necessary to bind

    Speed: 5 | Seconds: 8
  • 6Turn mixture onto floured surface and knead lightly
  • 7Keep wrapped in cling wrap in fridge in flat disc before use
