- 1Put flour, butter and salt into the bowl

- 5Add a little more water if necessary to bind
Speed: 5 | Seconds: 8 - 6Turn mixture onto floured surface and knead lightly
- 7Keep wrapped in cling wrap in fridge in flat disc before use
