  • 1Pre-heat the water :
  • 2Fill Créacook + container with lukewarm water (20°C) up to the 1.2 L mark. Select "Cuisson basse température" option and set the temperature to 60°C. Cover, press GO and prepare according to recipe.
  • 3Spread the tuna steaks in a container and pour marinade ingredients over them. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Rinse lime and slice.
  • 4Rinse and cut courgettes in fine slices. Strain tuna and set aside the marinade. Divide tuna and courgettes into 2 bags, add pepper sparingly then seal and remove the air.
  • 5Open Créacook + and immerse the two sealed bags in hot water. Cover, set cooking time to 15 minutes (you can extend this to 25 minutes, if you prefer your fish well done), press GO and cook the ingredients.
  • 6As soon as cooking is over, remove bags from Créacook + with tongs, open them.
  • 7Heat remaining marinade in a hot pan. Sear the tuna steaks in this sauce to brown the two sides. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • 8Serve tuna steaks immediately accompanied by courgettes and decorate with shredded coriander.
  • 9Tip : for a gourmet touch caramelise the tuna by adding a tablespoon of granulated sugar to the marinade when re-heating in the pan.
