  • 1Put onion, carrot, celery & bacon into the bowl.
  • 2Select the following setting.

    Speed: 5 | Seconds: 10
  • 3Scrape the sides of the bowl down.

    Tool: Spatula
  • 4Add pork and oil. Measuring cup tilted to allow steam to escape.

    Temperature: 120°C | Minute: 1
  • 5Add stock, tomato paste, nutmeg, salt & pepper.
  • 6Select the following setting.

    Temperature: 90°C | Minutes: 30 | Speed: 2
  • 7Check seasoning, stir in cream and serve with pasta.
