- 1Put onion, carrot, celery & bacon into the
bowl.
- 2Select the following setting.
Speed: 5 | Seconds: 10 - 3Scrape the sides of the bowl down.
Tool: Spatula - 4Add pork and oil. Measuring cup tilted to
allow steam to escape.
Temperature: 120°C | Minute: 1 - 5Add stock, tomato paste, nutmeg, salt &
pepper.
- 6Select the following setting.
Temperature: 90°C | Minutes: 30 | Speed: 2 - 7Check seasoning, stir in cream and serve
with pasta.
