  • 1Peel and cut rhubarb in pieces.
  • 2Melt butter in Couscook pot on MEDIUM.
  • 3Distribute pieces of rhubarb, sprinkle with sugar, stir, cover and cook for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • 4Rinse apples, cut off tops and scoop out flesh. Place in Couscook steam basket and cook for 5 to 10 minutes according to variety, while rhubarb is finishing.
  • 5Pour rhubarb jam into a salad bowl and allow to cool. Allow apples to cool down.
  • 6Grill almonds and at the moment of serving divide jam into apples and decorate with almonds.
