  • 1Peel vegetables and cut in pieces. Cut leg of lamb in large pieces. Peel and mince onions.

  • 5Add courgettes and chickpeas to pot and pour wheat semolina into steaming basket. Cover and cook another 25 minutes.
  • 6At last moment grill sausages in a pan without fat and add to pot. Serve couscous with semolina and decorate with fresh coriander.
