Recipe preparation
- 1Set Couscook on MEDIUM for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- 2Peel and mince onions and cook in hot Couscook pot.
- 3Add almonds, cinnamon stick and raisins and stir. Cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring if necessary. Add chicken pieces.
- 4Grate some orange zest and extract juice.
- 5Sprinkle chicken with orange juice and cook 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 6Then place angel hair in steamer basket. Detach one from the other for enhanced cooking.
- 7Add orange zest for aroma. Cook about another 10 minutes.
- 8Serve chicken with angel hair, decorate with toasted almonds.

- 50 g slivered almonds
- 50 g whole almonds

- 250 g kadayif paste or angel hair
