Recipe preparation
- 1Wash the leeks. Peel all the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
- 2Place them in the cooking recipient. Add the cloves, bay leaf and thyme.
- 3Fill the recipient up to 2/3 with water and cook.
- 4Break up the chicken stock and stir in. Close the lid.
- 5Press Pressure and position the pressure button to pressure. Start the cooking by pressing the Start/Stop button and cook for 8 minutes. Remove the cloves, bay leaf and thyme.
- 6Stir the vegetable soup and serve with grated cheese for example.
- 7The vegetables may be replaced by any sort of winter vegetables. Prepare the soup in advance and keep in the fridge in a closed container.
