- 1Put butter, sugar & salt into the bowl
Speed: 1 | Minutes: 5 | Temperature: 100°C | Tool: bowl
- 2Add flour straight away as soon as step 1 is over
Speed: 3 | Minutes: 1 - 3Place
- 4Then put back on base. As mixture is mixing add eggs one by one through the measuring cup lid opening
Speed: 5 | Seconds: 30 - 5Your mixture is now ready to make eclairs & profiteroles. (cooking 30 min at 180°C)
- 6Tip: if mixture is too runny, chill in the fridge
