  • 4Then put back on base. As mixture is mixing add eggs one by one through the measuring cup lid opening

    Speed: 5 | Seconds: 30
  • 5Your mixture is now ready to make eclairs & profiteroles. (cooking 30 min at 180°C)
  • 6Tip: if mixture is too runny, chill in the fridge
