  • 1Install properly the butterfly in the bowl, then put in it butter.

    Temperature: 80°C | Speed: 2 | Tool: bol | Minute: 1
  • 2Add flour. After 30sec press PAUSE. Use the spatula to scrape the flour from the bottom of the bowl then continue.

  • 3Add milk slowly through the measuring cup hole in the lid.

    Temperature 80°C | Speed: 1 | Minutes: 4
  • 4Add salt and pepper if you wish.
