  • 1Wash and cut the mushrooms, mix them with the lemon juice.
  • 2Rinse and dice the pepper. Rinse the rice with cold water.
  • 3Pour it into the recipient, add the hot chicken stock and mix. Add the mushrooms and pepper.
  • 4Close the pressure cooker. Set to Pressure and position the pressure button to Pressure. Start the cooking by pressing the Start/Stop button and cook for 15 minutes.
  • 5Release the steam from the pressure cooker by positioning the pressure button to Steam before opening the lid.
  • 6Add a dollop of cream to the rice and mix.
