1Wash and cut the mushrooms, mix them with the lemon juice.

Rinse the rice with cold water.

4Close the pressure cooker. Set to Pressure and position the pressure button to Pressure. Start the cooking by pressing the Start/Stop button and cook for 15 minutes.
