Recipe preparation
- 1Marinate the tuna slices in the soya sauce and oil mix for 30 minutes.
- 2Cut and butter the buns.
- 3Cut the sucrine lettuce into strips and drizzle lemon juice over them. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 4Rinse and cut the tomatoes into slices.
- 5Finely chop the dill and mix it with the yoghurt.
- 6Set the grill to 200° and pre-heat it for 20 minutes. Once the green indicator lights up, toast the buns, buttered side up, for approximately 3 minutes
- 7Next, grill the drained tuna slices.
- 8Make the burgers by equally distributing the seasoned sucrine lettuce, sesame seeds, tuna, tomatoes and dill sauce on each half bun.
- 9Assemble by placing the top buns and serve these burgers immediately, accompanied by raw vegetables, for example.

- 2 sprigs of dill
- 40 g of butter
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 crunchy sucrine-type lettuce
