  • 1Rinse the leeks thoroughly and slice them.
  • 2Fill the water tank to the maximum volume. Place the leek slices in a perforated tray.

  • 4While cooking the leeks, mix all the ingredients of the sauce in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator.
  • 5Put the 4 salmon steaks in a second tray with skin sides down and sprinkle with dill.
  • 6Put the second tray on top of the one with leeks.
  • 7Continue cooking for 10 to 12 minutes, depends on the thickness of the salmon steaks.
  • 8Enjoy the dish while hot, accompany with the mustard sauce and season with the pink peppercorns.
