- 1Mix the grated carrots with the orange juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- 2Lightly beat the egg. Mix the dried breadcrumbs with the chopped parsley.
- 3Quickly wet the fish fillets in the omelette, and then in the dried breadcrumbs.
- 4Set the grill to 180° and pre-heat it for 15 minutes.
- 5Once the green indicator lights up, toast the buns, buttered side up, for approximately 2 minutes. Next, grill the fish filets for 5 to 6 minutes, flipping them over. Make the burgers by equally distributing the lettuce, grated carrots and fish fillets on each bottom bun.
- 6Season with raw vegetable sauce and replace the top bun. Serve these burgers immediately, accompanied by grated carrots, for example.
