  • 1Finely chop the gherkins and tomatoes.
  • 2Mix them in with the minced beef and shape into 4 burgers.
  • 3Season with salt and pepper. Cut the buns in two. Spread with butter.
  • 4Pre-heat the griddle to setting "6". Add the oil and grill the burgers for 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
  • 5Add the sliced garlic. Grill the bread for 2 minutes. Build the burgers.
  • 6On one half of the bun add a slice of Cheddar, a lettuce leaf, a burger and a few slices of onion and garlic.
  • 7Add the sauce, close the burger bun and serve hot.
