Recipe preparation
- 1Pour milk into pot and heat on MEDIUM.
- 2Place haddock fillet inside and cook for 10 minutes.
- 3Drain and crumble fillet and stir in chopped flat parsley.
- 4Rinse pot and fill 2/3 with water. Set on HIGH for 40 minutes.
- 5Rinse potatoes in water, remove tops and scoop out potato. Place them in Couscook steam basket and cook for 20 minutes.
- 6Once they are cooked, spread butter into the 4 potatoes and fill with haddock, reducing to LOW. Heat another 5 minutes and serve.
