- 1Scoop out the apples and baste with lemon juice so they do not go black.
- 2Put the apples on a cooking tray and steam for 20 minutes. Cut the caramel to cubes
- 3Grill the 6 brioche slices. Cube 2 of the slices to cubes.
- 4When the apples are cooked, put them on the grilled brioche slices. Fill the apples with brioche cubes and caramel cubes.
- 5Baste the apples with the liquid caramel and decorate with the chocolate vermicelli and icing sugar. Serve this dessert warm.
