Recipe preparation
- 1Place apricots into Couscook basket.
- 2Toast almonds in small pan without oil.
- 3Remove orange supremes (orange quarters without skin).
- 4Pour milk into pot and heat on MEDIUM. Add orange flower flavouring and sugar to milk and add cinnamon stick. Stir and infuse for 10 minutes, watching milk, and if it is too hot, reduce to LOW.
- 5When milk bubbles, pour wheat semolina in and stir. Cook wheat semolina for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6Place Couscook basket on upper part and cook apricots in steam during semolina cooking to soften. Divide wheat semolina into bowls or ramequins and cool before placing in fridge for 1 hour.
- 7Decorate with pieces of apricot, orange supremes and almonds before serving.

- 50 g dried apricots
- 1 large orange
- 30 g almond slivers
