  • 1Finely slice and chop half of a red onion. Finely chop the flat-leaved parsley.
  • 2In a salad bowl, use a fork to mix the minced beef with the parsley and the onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Make 4 steaks.
  • 3Peel the onion and cut 8 slices. Open and butter the 4 buns.
  • 4Fully open the grill. Set the grill to 210° and pre-heat it for 20 minutes. Once the green indicator lights up, toast the buns, buttered side up, for approximately 3 minutes, as well as the onion slices.
  • 5Grill the beef steaks (either simultaneously or afterwards) for approximately 2 minutes on each side, depending on their thickness, or for 4 minutes by closing the grill on the steaks.
  • 6Make the burgers by spreading the burger sauce on the 4 half buns.
  • 7Evenly distribute the steaks, grilled onion slices and cheese slices on each of the buns.
  • 8Spread with ketchup and assemble by placing the top buns. Serve immediately accompanied by red cabbage salad.
