  • 1Make the raisins swell by putting them in a bowl of hot water for 10 minutes, then dry them.Rinse the apples and pears.
  • 2Cut the pears into thin slice and the apple into cubes. Peel the bananas and cut them into thick slices. Fill the steam cooker water tank to the maximum volume.
  • 3Place the cinnamon sticks at the bottom of the cooking tray, then pour all the food and raisins above, mix or not.Cook with the steam for 15 to 20 minutes for a crunchy texture, or 35 minutes for a melting texture.
  • 4Grill the spice bread slices and cut them to cubes. Mix the cinnamon with the powdered sugar.
  • 5Enjoy the fruits warm or cold with the spice bread cubes. Sprinkle with scented sugar.
  • 6For compote, peel the fruits and cook them for 40 minutes before crushing them with a fork.
