  • 1Prepare the tofu steaks.
  • 2Cut the tofu into little cubes. Mix them with the oat flakes, oat bran, balsamic vinegar, tomato paste, basil and turmeric. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3Mix thoroughly, and then divide the preparation into 4 equal parts and shape 4 steaks.
  • 4Open and butter the 4 buns. Fully open the grill.
  • 5Set the grill to 200° and pre-heat it for 20 minutes. Once the green indicator lights up, toast the buns, buttered side up, for approximately 3 minutes.
  • 6Grill the tofu steaks for approximately 3 minutes on each side, depending on their thickness, or for 6 minutes by closing the grill on the steaks.
  • 7Rinse and cut the radishes into thin slices. Peel and cut the cucumber into slices. Mix the yoghurt with the curry powder.
  • 8Make the burgers by equally distributing the tofu steaks and vegetable slices on each of the buns. Spread the yoghurt sauce and assemble by placing the top buns. Serve immediately.
