Recipe preparation
- 1In a small cup, mix the milk and the yeast, leave to rest for 5 minutes.
- 2In a salad bowl mix flour with salt and beaten eggs to make an omelette.
- 3Gradually add soft butter cut in pieces and then the cup of milk and dried fruit. Knead this dough to form a ball.
- 4Place on floured board, kneading well for 10 minutes to make a brioche.
- 5Make a ball with the dough by gently flouring it, grease a mould, then place the brioche in the mould.
- 6Butter bottom of multi cooker bowl and place brioche ball in centre. Allow dough to rise for at least 1 hour (it should double in size). Set to "Cake" and cook 1 hour.
- 7Allow brioche to cool before removing from pan. Serve brioche with homemade jam. Keeps for 2 days wrapped in a clean cloth.

- 270g of sieved flour
- 1 sachet of baker's yeast

- 5cl of warm milk
- 50g caster sugar
- 150g soft butter
- 1 small teaspoon of salt
- 120g of dried fruits (cranberries or raisins)
- 1 tablespoon of orange blossom flavouring
