Recipe preparation
- 1Finely chop the gherkins and tomatoes.
- 2Mix them in with the minced beef and shape into 4 burgers.
- 3Season with salt and pepper. Cut the buns in two. Spread with butter.
- 4Pre-heat the griddle to setting "6". Add the oil and grill the burgers for 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
- 5Add the sliced garlic. Grill the bread for 2 minutes. Build the burgers.
- 6On one half of the bun add a slice of Cheddar, a lettuce leaf, a burger and a few slices of onion and garlic.
- 7Add the sauce, close the burger bun and serve hot.

- 60g of lightly salted butter
- 2 Malossol gherkins
- 4 small tomatoes

- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 12 rings of sliced red onion
- 4 sucrine-type crispy lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoons sunflower oil
