  • 1Butter 2 ramekins or a loaf tin (maximum 18 cm long).
  • 2Beat an egg with the single cream and vanilla extract
  • 3Line the ramekins or loaf tin with the slices of brioche.
  • 4Put the egg mixture on top.
  • 5Cut the bananas into round slices and spread them on top of the egg mixture.
  • 6Place the ramekins in the pressure cooker. Close the pressure cooker and bake on Pressure for 20 minutes.
  • 7Start cooking by pressing the Start/Stop button, positioning the pressure button to Pressure. Leave to cool before serving.
  • 8Replace the bananas with kiwis, strawberries or apricots.
